Had an amazing experience at Renton Bistro! I came specifically to try their Vietnamese food and ordered the grilled pork chop with broken rice (cơm tấm đặc biệt), and it did not disappoint.
The pork chop was perfectly grilled—juicy, flavorful, and slightly smoky with that authentic Vietnamese taste.
