Stop with the tip request. Completely. It's ridiculous in the store. It's insane at the drive thru. Also, learn from other Starbucks in countries like Korea how they give you a coffee that's able to drink right away without burning you.
I love this place normally ... I think they need help and I'm positive they will .. black and white mocha doesn't get caramel normally so if the customer says no I do not want caramel that means please do not put it in my drink ... I think we can fix this and I appreciate your service that's why I'm saying anything at all .. ?
I was here a few days ago. The food & drinks were what was expected. When the register system went, we all had to wait for it to reboot. That was a little frustrating, but not their fault (power surge?). How the staff handled it was what impressed me. I was mostly wanting to get out if the way of the people in line behind me, but my transaction was incomplete. I owed $.14. Not a big deal to them or me, but I wanted to make sure it was completed & that my card balance didn't...
