Comfortably the best taco truck in the area! To the extent that when we have our weekly craving for authentic Mexican food (Taco Tuesday's!!!!), we almost exclusively get Tacos El Bajio. Truck is clean, Excellent for safety rating. And ice cold Jarritos to boot!
Carne asada was fire! Owner took care of me with some discrepancies with time. Long story short ordered a burrito over the phone too early, had something come up. Stopped by, let him know the deal, and he made me a fresh one, no questions asked.

Tasty food, but pricey for Mexican. Limited outdoor seating, and it's kinda out in the middle of nothing. A neat little adventure, but I won't be doing dinner there often. $56 for two dinner plates after tax & tip.
