Always. Great food great service..Unfortunately I have to change my opinion from 4 years ago. Today I stopped by to eat with my family for dinner and the service was very bad. I wanted to order my machete with three meats but the waiter told me that I couldn't because the owner wouldn't let it even because I had to pay separately for the other portion. I asked for a hibiscus water and it was stale. I told the waiter that he could change it and he would change it. He said yes... but he had to charge it. I told him it's fine because I wouldn't eat something that I wasn't fit to consume... the machetes tortilla was very hard because it wasn't fresh. It's bad for me because it was one of my favorite places to eat

We should have walked out after the first person ignored us. The place was totally empty and 2 TVs were on the same channel with audio creation a terrible echo. We asked 3 different times to different people to please mute 1 TV for our sanity. They just looked at us or said ok and never did anything. It was like they didn't want us there. My husband asked for water and it never came.The aguas frescas were good. The taco special with 15 tacos was disappointing. The meats were dry, no flavor and the tortillas were warmed in the microwave. They gave us tiny paper plates to eat from.

They renovated and the place looks nice. but customer service here has definitely gone downhill. Last time I bought from here, it seemed the hostess was bothered by customers coming in to order or even pick-up deliveries. The food is good, especially the Barbacoa and consome, but not worth the trip. There is limited parking, as I always notice people parking in the yellow lines.
