The leek and cheese pastry was old, eggy and unpleasant to eat. I believe it made me sick. The food here is very overpriced for the quality, and not fresh. Glad that they have a few veggie options.

This hotel caters to its ballroom, which means if you’re there for a wedding, dance, or conference, you will have a very different experiment than we did. We picked it because of the 15 minute travel time for the airport due to an early flight, and we’re subjected to the noise of midnight fireworks for those wedding guests—and the roar of party guests arriving back at the dock after—leading to very little sleep before we left early the next morning. The front desk staff were rude, and overall this is just a sad Renton hotel with aspirations to be more. A very fancy lobby doesn’t make up for a lack of soundproofed rooms, the kind you find in a two-star hotel, not a place charging $500 a night. Avoid if you like to actually sleep in your hotels.

The proximity of this hotel to the airport is a huge plus - but it doesn’t have the ‘airport row’ feel which is an even bigger bonus. We chose it for its proximity to SeaTac but also for its location on the water and near I5 and the 405. This is a busy place especially on the weekends. During our stay two large weddings took place (made for great people watching). Parking is very close by and easy but there is also a valet. We dined at the hotel one night and it was good…..not great but good. The bar is lively and on a pretty day the view just cannot be beat. Housekeeping is great when it’s on point - but the first day we returned to our room at 4 to find it hadn’t been touched. A housekeeper was down the hall but told us we had to call to request service — wish that had been made clear at check in because it certainly was never mentioned. If in the area again we would stay at this property again for the view and the location.

I had an incredible time at this property. Not only is it one of the most pictureqsue properties in the PNW, the service, drinks, and generally life of the property makes it standout from most other options in the area. Staying in downtown Seattle is definitely nice, but this property across the water in Renton is close enough to access the city, while still feeling like its own little oasis. They even have a "bird island" sanctuary right on the water, and a close by park- the property and surroundings feel alive and I had the good luck to visit on a perfect summer day. Service was helpful, the property seemed secure, drinks were good, all in all very happy with my stay.

The best hotel property available if traveling around the south end of Seattle or anywhere in the Seattle area for that matter. My travel takes me to Seattle a few times a year but I can't bring myself to stay anywhere else. Very elegant hotel with an incredible view of the lake and the fabulous Water's Table restaurant and bar. They feature a slew of powerful and tasty menu items you won't soon forget. I must order the crabcakes during each stay...

Excellent property besides the concrete mooring docks. The hotel is very clean, and customer service is excellent. I would definitely refer the hotel to anyone wether business or pleasure. The food is amazing with a great selection of cocktails and wine.

Wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. Room & facility pristine. Room well-designed. All personnel very friendly & engaging. Meals great. We were celebrating a birthday so guest services treated with champagne & chocolate cake in our room! So thoughtful! Plus, a complimentary beer/wine happy hour & fireside smores! Beautiful location at bottom of Lake WA & adjacent to Coulon Park. We enjoyed everything about our stay!
The good: 1) Fantastic location right on the water 2) Friendly staff 3) Great views from all around The bad: 1) Super unclear on how order, where to sit, etc., at Dock and Drink. There should be a host or proper signage (this way for table service, that way to order at the bar, menus can be found here, etc. The room: Our room was very clean and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our kids appreciated the large TV in the room as they tried to unwind from a long day. I had no concerns at all with the room. Other stuff: I appreciated the various food options right in the hotel, with varying price ranges. The pool was fun, and the extra large hot tub as a hit. The daily pour and snacks for the kids was a HUGE plus for us, with two young kids that need to snack every 5 minutes. Overall: I highly recommend this place if you are in the Renton area. We plan to come back around this time next year and enjoy everything this place has to offer again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of this hotel. Our room overlooking Lake Washington was absolutely amazing. Overall, our hotel room was clean, comfortable, and extremely quiet. The restaurant located downstairs was beautiful with excellent service and great tasting food that was reasonably priced. We plan to return to Hyatt Regency in the very near future. Highly recommended.

I thought the hotel was very nice. The Uber to the hotel was expensive. The hotel room was very nice as was the staff. Most of the food I had was through the company that brought me to the hotel so I cannot comment on the hotel food. I'm sure the food is good but expensinve.
