I had an incredible time at this property. Not only is it one of the most pictureqsue properties in the PNW, the service, drinks, and generally life of the property makes it standout from most other options in the area. Staying in downtown Seattle is definitely nice, but this property across the water in Renton is close enough to access the city, while still feeling like its own little oasis. The best hotel property available if traveling around the south end of Seattle or anywhere in the Seattle area for that matter. My travel takes me to Seattle a few times a year but I can't bring myself to stay anywhere else. Very elegant hotel with an incredible view of the lake and the fabulous Water's Table restaurant and bar. They feature a slew of powerful and tasty menu items you won't soon forget. I must order the crabcakes during each stay...

The proximity of this hotel to the airport is a huge plus - but it doesn’t have the ‘airport row’ feel which is an even bigger bonus. We chose it for its proximity to SeaTac but also for its location on the water and near I5 and the 405. This is a busy place especially on the weekends.
