The Rock is a classic! The restaurant is authentically itself. The inside looks like an old brick building, it’s a little dim, biker memorabilia on the walls, and rock music playing over the loud speakers. You have to be in the mood, but if you are it a fun time. This location has a nice bar that rolls into an outdoor patio as well. The service is good and drinks are huge. They’re known for their cocktails that come in a small plastic bucket. If you’re out with friends and want to get your moneys worth then this is the place. The pizza is good and there are a ton of options. I’d say the pizza is solid. It’s got a classic American taste and feel. They have a great assortment of desserts and apps as well.

Pizza so very undercooked, did not even taste like Wood fired pizza AT ALL!! Bacon was just half cooked, so was the ham and the pineapple. Very disappointing and sad that we wasted our money on such a mediocre pizza!

With all these terrible reviews you’d think they would do something to improve this company! Take your customers feedback and do something with it! It’s obvious the general manager, everyone in HR and the owners don’t care! How are you cooking food in a DISGUSTING kitchen? How are you serving food in a cockroach infested restaurant? Pick up a rag and do something.
Absolutely horrible is all I have to say. Before even being seated, we were forced to wait over seven minutes despite the fact that we were one of the only parties and none of the waiters were occupied. We eventually went up to a waiter to asked to be seated along with another party. Once seated, the table and chairs were extremely sticky and the whole environment was disgusting. We waited for our waiter for about ten minutes at our table until it got to the point where we decided to leave along with another party. I would highly recommend not dinning here. Instead, we decided to eat at a neighboring restaurant called Trenchers Kitchen and Tap. They have a very similar menu and are extremely welcoming.
The manager followed up after our review and asked the right questions and was more than professional and polite. She said all the right things and I’m hopeful that service will improve.

The manager torments the bartender and servers to the point where the manager is the one messing up drinks and food. She should just stay out of the way. Also hearing her thretening staff to sell the buckets to a quota or they are fired is crazy.
