Stick to the grill, sandwiches, pizza, salad bar, and some of their other rotating hot foods and youll be fine. The grill orders you can see them making. The pizza slices are large and thick. Salad bar has variety. Very above average cafe with fantastic offerings that will surprise you. Avoid their more experimental offerings like “pho” and use your better judgment. If it looks like they completely winged it, they did.
Surprisingly great breakfast right in Valley Medical Center. The Veggie Skillet was full of fresh vegetables and had no salt, as I prefer. Choice of bread for toast and the Starbucks coffee were both excellent. All for an unbelievable low price.

If you’ve got a hankering for a refreshing assortment of hospital food options, look no further. Trendz cafe is an inviting, vibrant gem in the heart of Valley Medical Center. With a self serve waffle station and a build your own panani bar, this hospital eatery is one for the books. I will definitely be adding this one to my rotation.
