Our waiter Mark is 100% consistent with his service regardless how busy he is. He has the perfect style where he is attentive yet discreet to allow flow of conversation to not be interrupted. We regularly take friends here for Saturday/Sunday brunch and I am always pleased when he is assigned to our table.
You will be surprised how delicious the food is here. Yes the restaurant is located inside the hotel, but don’t be swayed by that, give it a try. Honestly, one of the best burgers I have ever had in my life, and I love burgers.
Located in the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington, we brought dinner back up to the room tonight from Water's Table. The restaurant is beautiful, the views of the lake from the dining room are breathtaking, the service at the bar was great, and most importantly, we loved both our dinner and breakfast experiences!
