I visited Water’s Table twice this past weekend while staying at the Hyatt Regency - Lake Washington, both times were an impeccable experience! The outdoor dining set up is wonderful, with a great view of the water, passing boats, and sunsets. We had the burrata, shrimp linguini with chicken, brandt prime burger, skillet cookie, and several cocktails. Everything was SO delicious and beautifully presented!

My server, Nancy, is STELLAR. I dine at Water's Table often, and Nancy remembers all of the nuances unique to me...the type of special beverage I like, the additions I like for my meal orders, etc. She is an ABSOLUTE pleasure and treasure!!

After taking a walk at the park, we decided to check out Water Table Restaurant. We were excited to try the place, and when we walked in, we immediately sat down on the patio. We expected to be helped fairly quickly, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
