Before anything else, I should say that I gave this restaurant a 5 star review a couple of years ago. I’m mentioning that because my expectations were shaped by that experience, and this visit felt noticeably different.
This time, I would break it down as follows: 5 for the server, 2 for hygiene, and 5 for the ambience. The service and atmosphere remain compelling, and I had an excellent cocktail. When this restaurant wants to deliver, it absolutely can.

I've stayed and eaten at this hotel many times, and every time Veronika takes care of me I know it's going to be a great experience. She is attentive, thoughtful and an amazing server. The food is consistently solid, although the weekend brunch menu is for sure the standout!

I highly recommend trying the fresh oysters. They were incredibly delicious. The Manila clams were also a standout, with great flavor and perfectly cooked.
Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for quality seafood with a nice waterfront atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back when I stay at Hyatt.
