“BEST WINGS I HAVE HAD IN YEARS. Contrary to lots of reviews, my customer service was spectacular and very patient. ONLY bad thing that has happened in my experience here was that I didn’t order enough wings. We got a 30pc for a family of 4 and ordered lemon pepper, bbq, and hot honey rub. The lemon pepper was so delightful and bright, so lemoney and exactly what I expected. The BBQ was so nice and saucy, with a nice punch of hickory smoke. The hot honey rub was subtly sweet with hot punch. The seasoned fries blessed my palate with outstanding pleasure. The veggies sticks were excellent as pallet cleansers in between each flavor. I highly recommend getting ranch to dip, I used to not like ranch but truly changed my mind.“
“I've always generally enjoyed my Wingstop experiences, and this location is no different.
I love their sauces and rubs, so rarely do I have to worry about menu choices. The biggest differences I'll find will be staff quality and cleanliness of their dining rooms/restrooms. Overall, Wingstop is pretty high up there for me--averaging a 4.5/5 across the board.
This location, specifically, is excellent as nearly all of the rest. As of this review, they just opened up a couple of months ago. Considering the reviews, they've likely been overwhelmed due to being a newer location and having a very small footprint. I feel the small space is their biggest weakness--but all in all is minor vs what I'm generally concerned about at a restaurant.
That aside, the food and service has always been outstanding here. They've become much more consistent and the staff carries their trademark friendliness and quick service. I've recently placed online orders (which is a must imo, unless you want to wait 15+ mins for your order) that were ready in less than 5 mins...which is WILD to me.
The food quality is as good as any other Wingstop location. Once, I received a half-filled cup of ranch. When I brought it up, disappointed, the young man behind the counter quickly grabbed me two new ones and apologized. I appreciated his swiftness to make up for the mistake.
Overall: Ignore the poor reviews.
This location is great, albeit small and limited with dine-in options. Order ahead on the app (give yourself at least 10 mins) and you'll save yourself a lot of headaches! ?“
