I have the best experience at the Richland Applebee's today. Sandra the bartender is amazing at her job and beautiful! She was really busy but was still on top of it! The manager, I think his name was Josh, was there and he was helping everyone! Great staff and great experience! They have the best Happy Hour!
Obviously it’s an applebees so not everything is perfect, however service is great, and the workers are friendly and funny. Food and drinks are usually great, and the manager is attentive to an issue if needed to be solved. I’d recommend if the fam is trying to get a bite to eat and converse. I highly recommend Kayla or Caroline as your server for your stay! Great work! 🙂
We came in super late at night for our anniversary and were served super fast. Our waitress was very kind and enthusiastic. Always a great place to grab dinner.
