Applebee's Grill + Bar

I had an excellent dine in experience at Applebee’s! From the moment we were seated, everything was smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered, and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. A big shoutout to Sebastian and Fernando for providing outstanding customer service they for sure need to be rewarded with a burger or some mozzarella sticks after dealing with me they went above and beyond they were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time without being overbearing. They checked in at the right moments, had a great attitude, and really helped make the experience memorable.Overall, this was a great visit service truly stood out! Fernando even convinced me to buy a giftcard which I didnt mind! I’ll definitely be coming back! Honorable mention shout out sarlyn, natiel, and skylar all sung me happy birthday all had great spirts! I will be back more often just to see them! The managers have a great team in their hands!!👍🙏❤️- the man 😌

If I could give zero stars I would. After my recent review. I was told by the manager that my review had been escalated and someone would be contacting me in 3 or 4 days. Its been crickets for over a week. Last time we will visit this Applebee's location and potentially any other. I find it very interesting that food from a corporate owned restaurant can very so much. Just a little edition to my first review. The lady at the bar that was dropping F-bombs was never approached by management, or asked to quiet down. She was loud the entire time we were there. Another item of concern was staffing issues. All three times we've been to this Applebee's the waitress complained how understaffed they are. Frankly, I dont care how understaffed they are. My food should still be prepared right and hot. Maybe there's a reason for the understaffing if management is cutting corners on food quality and running a skeleton crew of employees?

This is the 3rd time eating at this Applebee's location in Richland. Service in the bar area was very slow. The bartender was also waiting tables. The food was mediocre at best. Ordered GRILLED chicken. There were no grill marks and looked like it had been heated in the microwave. The squash was saturated in so much oil or butter it was gross to eat. The mashed potatoes were the best thing on the plate and the serving size was small compared to the other 2 locations. My wife ordered the trio of appetizers and got 2/3 the order size as we get at the other 2 Applebee's locations in Tri Cities. She usually has leftovers to take home and munch on the next day. We will stick to Pasco and Kennewick from now on. Applebee's service over all can be really good. But Richland needs to step it up. We also saw several other orders come out of the kitchen to other tables and their plates were full of food. Not sure we got skimpy servings? There was also a loud mouth sitting at the bar dropping the occassional F-bomb. Not how we expected to spend our date night.

Disgusting. Baby back ribs were actually just boiled regular pork ribs covered in sauce. Couldn’t get past first bite. Garlic green beans were hard. So gross. Do not recommend the food here

I have gone to Applebee’s on Columbia Point for years! The food is great and the service is! Sometimes they get pretty slammed but they work hard.

I generally sit in the bar area and love the bartenders! Martin, Marcelina and Sandra always take good care of me!

Awesome service and the food was sooooooooooooooo good!!!!! The food is always hot and tasty. Happy hour is from 3-6 pm and 9-close. You can’t beat that!!!!!

Dietary restrictions: I love their grilled chicken or steak with green beans or broccoli….low carb options.

Honestly this is a little place we been regular recently but mostly due to a super nice bar staff who has warm smiles and a happy heart to serve. It seems hard to find in this industry but it’s here. I always eat the chicken shrimp and garlic potatoes so not sure about other menu items, but the beer is always cold on draft!
