I had the pleasure of celebrating Father's Day at Budd's Broiler in Richland, and I can honestly say it was flawless from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service wonderful, and the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the filet mignon, and it was hands-down one of the best steaks I've ever had. We had a table of 7, and everyone said their meals were very good. We had a variety from chicken fried steak, Caesar salad, steaks and if course tried all of the desserts! The highlight though, was the excellent service provided by Tanner! He was delightful, great sense of humor, knowledgeable and never seemed rushed, even though I could see he was busy. I thought my cocktail was a bit spends at $12 for a tito's and tonic but that was my choice, eh?😊

Always great brunch as always. I tried chicken fried steak this time. It tasted fine but the meat was thin like French dip, batter was good but didn't cut well or as expected half hit the ground kinda tough for a steakhouse. Maybe it was me maybe only 1 bloody mary but I prefer the steak and eggs. The coffee cake always perfect. I think Anthony's and Buds Broiler could perfect a Chesapeake Bloody Mary and no one around here comes close. There is a lot of competition...
