Ten dollar beers seem a bit excessive but I think they try to discourage drinking. I get that it's not a bar but with all those screaming kids and bright lights, I needed a beer! The pizza was surprisingly good but I would never come here unless someone with kids invited me to a party...and couldn't get out of it ??? ?Kid-friendliness: Totally a kid friendly place!!

Went in for Sensory Sunday this morning and had a terrible experience with the person at the front counter. They were rude and acted like they didn't want to be there. This was my first time going to something like this and had no idea how it worked. I asked several times how the process worked and the employee kept asking "what do you want" or "what do you need" instead of actually explaining how the process worked. I finally got the employee to ring me up for the 2hours of time for $40. I asked how does the card work and they didn't even respond. During the rest of the time, we tried to play all the games my child wanted to play but we couldn't because none of them worked. Which is unfortunate. We were getting ready to leave early because what's the point if the games weren't working, when we see the same rude employee drinking out of a jug of water that is used to fill up the water shooter game. The employee put it to their MOUTH THEN PROCEEDED TO FILL THE WATER GAME WITH THE SAME JUG.This is a place for kids. RSV and other viral and bacterial illnesses exist. Therfore, cleanliness should be top priority. I couldn't stay any longer after seeing this and took my kid out of there.Talked to the manager, Randy about it. He said he would deal with this but I want to make sure it actually gets done. There was no way I was leaving happy even though Randy tried his best, which I respected. It's very hard to find safe places for kids of all kinds. I was very disappointed in how I was treated and my child was disappointed to find out half of the games didn't work. I do not think I will be back.

My kids had a blast, and the staff were so kind and helpful. Definitely will be returning!
Started off on a bad foot and only got worse. We got 2 sodas instead beers and the manager wouldn’t void them and made us purchase two extra drinks we didn’t consume. Pizza took over 20 minutes to come out. Tons of the games were broken. My three year old had fun but my five year old said she wouldn’t go back “because nothing worked and they stole her credits.” Pretty astute when a 5-year old can figure old that the establishment isn’t fixing their machines so they can take your money and not give little kids any tickets. Grandpa also commented that one of the bathroom sinks didn’t work.

Went about 45 min to close and 1/2 the video games didn’t work. It took about 2 minutes between games to be able to play another so it was truly disappointing. Waste of time and money.

this place is a blast. had a birthday party here and we had so much fun dancing with chucke? we hit that boogie woogie like there was no tomorrow? the soda was bubbly so that was a plus?♂️?would definitely go again. staff was kamazing ?

The employees seemed kind of annoyed we were there. We came to play the arcade games. Many were not working and/or wouldn't accept the Chuck E. Cheese play card.

Recently relocated to Tri-Cities area . My kids were excited to go to this Chuck E. Cheese, and it turned out to be a waste of money. Most of the games were not working. I spent almost $100 in all you can play cards . None of the games were giving tickets neighter soo kids where not able to get prizes. I did ask someone who worked there and was ignored about reloading the games. Very dissapointing experience for sure
