I had such a great experience at Crumbl! The cookies were fresh, soft, and delicious, and there were so many fun flavors to choose from. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Everything was packaged nicely, too. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors! 🍪❤
Went in to pick up our brownie Sunday cookie and they first gave us the wrong cookie. That happens. Got it fixed right away. Then they gave us what looked like the brownie Sunday cookie but was missing toppings. They said no that’s the total number of toppings, she counted them to point it out. Well the total was there but had toppings from other cookies that were on the menu. Little of this one, little of that one, and the cherry.
It's confusing to have to use a screen for orders. Then have the card reader not work. This is only the second time I have been to one and the first time was in Utah. The product quality was consistent but the menu is very sweet. There are no diabetic or hypoglycemia friendly options.
