The food is usually ok. But the fries lately have been cold and soggy. Like they weren't even cooked. It's really disappointing. So idk if they are just old or what but no one wants to eat cold soggy fries. Hopefully they step it up soon. But the employees are very nice and helpful. But ya I'm pretty disappointed.
Am traveling toward the East stopped in the Tri-Cities recently for lunch stopped in the Denny's. The one in richland. When prepared to standard Denny's has very good food in the food in this property was excellent. My server short lady long brown dark brown braided hair can't remember her name, excellent service everything nice introduced herself and I can't remember her name, restrooms are clean which is the number one ranking for a restaurant in my view....
For nearly 10 years, I’ve been a M-F breakfast customer. Why?, everyday of my life and the lives of so many more have been enriched by warm, kind, sensitive and truly amazing individuals. We are so very fortunate knowing the Richland Denny’s is our’Diner’ away from home.
