We are regulars at the Richland food truck in the Ace parking lot. We often order for 7 people from all areas of the menu. The food is outstanding- very well prepared and usually labeled. When they don’t label, it can be quite a challenge to pull apart burgers to figure out what’s what. All the menu options are really good. The DG Smashburger is second only to the Bruchi Burger for best in town. The Mac options and Dog options are also outstanding. We will keep them in the...

This was hands down the best burger I’ve had in quite a while. Everything about it, meat was cooked and seasoned perfectly, bun and even the toppings all exactly what you want in an smashburger. Absolutely perfect, wouldn’t change a thing. Even the fries were addicting. The sauces had to all be made in house. Absolutely killer ranch and fry sauce. Will definitely be going back regularly for this burger and to try all the hot dogs. Service was also great, food came out quick...

Fried asparagus was awesome. The dogs were ok. Emerald City bun needed some steam, was dry. The Chicago was tasty, but both dogs were overcooked and shriveled a bit. I have faith it can be perfect. Will be back.
