I am a hard sell on 5 Stars… with that said I don’t expect perfection I just appreciate service and well seasoned food!I am a foodie that travels all over and have now visited a few times while passing thru and staying at The Lodge. Chef Kyle to me is on point! Top tier! Mushroom risotto, calamari, deserts, espresso. Chilliquilles, peach Bellini. Delicious! The service is kind and cared for, my favorite customer service trait is remembering regulars and you can tell they work to acknowledge returning customers.I also had a mis understanding on one order I made and they would not accept anything but fixing it and making it right. Conner and Jared were true professionals and were the reason I returned after my first time, simply for asking why I didn’t eat my food and following thru on getting me what I wanted without hesitation.I review dozens of businesses as a career a year and it genuinely feels it’s a team atmosphere with solid leadership!Atmosphere is so so nice at sunset time or during brunch when sunny.A little gem for me along my travels. Fancy vibes with a homey tasty feel! We will return.

This was not their best performance. My wife's steak was undercooked, and the potatoes were cold. I would have expected the steak to be correct, especially at the price paid. The Caeser salad dressing was very bland and did not have much taste. This was a difference experience from our first dinner at Drumheller, very disappointing. One good note the deserts were great.

Really enjoyed breakfast/brunch and dinner here during our stay at the Lodge. Jodee was such a pleasure and made breakfast fun. It's obvious the staff enjoy their jobs and like each other. Bea and Heidi were also kind, happy and helpful, and the three just made the meal experience a great way to start the day. The brioche bun on my breakfast sandwich was nicely buttered and grilled to perfection, the egg and bacon cooked just right, the salad was so fresh, and almost too beautiful to eat. The amazing fondue made us drool and devour every last bite, and the ribeye we split was cooked to perfection with perfectly smashed fingerling potatoes and perfectly al dente broccolini. While we both thought the homemade orange cream Gelato was to sweet, it comes with the caveat that that was the first sugar I've eaten in nearly a year so I'm sure others would think it was just right. The servers were all so attentive and happy to please. We have the opportunity to eat at all these other restaurants in the area, but we will be back to Drumheller's tomorrow. It's that good. Please give them a chance. You won't regret it.

Second time eating here - both great experiences. I don't eat gluten, dairy, or sugar of any kind and it was still easy to find things to eat. I do wish they had more variety in salads on their brunch menu, but that's small potatoes!

My husband and I have done date night at drumheller's for years and always had a 5 star visit. This time though, the food, my favorite part, was not good. Vegetables were unseasoned and cold, steak was cooked WAY overdone, bland potato, soggy pasta noodles. The wine was good though..

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience at your restaurant. This was my first time visiting, and I was disappointed with the menu. There were too many uncommon dishes and not enough familiar options. I have been to many upscale restaurants and have always felt like there is a good mixture of "fancy" dishes and common dishes with add ons that can mix it up. Being on the bottom floor with the lobby/entrance right there it felt like I was in a hotel that has complimentary breakfast until 10am. The decor was nice! And stand alone it would be very intimate. I wish you all the best so you can fill those tables! Thank you for your time. Sincerely, [Your Name]

Went to celebrate wedding anniversary. The staff was great in receiving and attending to us. The drinks were good too! However food has a lot of catching up to do. I ordered a ribeye which lacked good flavor and didn't even seem like it was cooked properly( was relatively chewy and difficult to cut). My partner got a lamb which again wasn't the best tasting for the price.

No drambuie at the bar........could not have a Rusty Nail! we had to ask for a cherry in our Old Fashioned.. servers and wait staff were great! Polite and observant. food was tasty and well presented.. Steelhead was fresh seasoned correctly. Not dry.. Eggplant dish was skimpy. only 2 thin slices of eggplant. crust and cheese-tomato filling was excellent. Creme Brule was fantastic.

Went here for a date and we were the only people there, likely due to the winter weather - which turned out to be awesome for us and we had a lot of privacy. Server was awesome. Food was awesome. Drinks were awesome. Check was much cheaper than I expected. Overall a fantastic place and we will definitely be returning.

Came here for girls night birthday dinner. The dining room was very beautiful. It is in the hotel lobby and there are people checking in and coming down in robes etc but that didn’t bother us. Beautiful views over the water. Service was excellent! Our waitress was very nice and attentive. We ordered the Gouda fondue appetizer and it was delicious. I recommend you save your bread roll if you are going to order this and dip it in the cheese. So good! It comes with apples and what I could call croutons. Had a fall specialty cocktail which was also yummy. For entree we had the beef shoulder and it was cooked perfectly. So tender and seasoned well. Potatoes didn’t have much flavor but were still fresh and tasted good. We ended the night with a free dessert for our Birthdays with the chocolate cheesecake and it was amazing! I would go so far as to say the best cheesecake I have ever had. All in all it was one of the best dinners I have had in a while.

Food was great and so was the service. However... we were sat right next to 2 foul-mouthed and disrespectful guys who could care less that there were other diners around as well as kids. We asked the manager what could be done and were told that the restaurant's hands were tied? Really? I own a business and state law allows me to refuse service for a variety of reasons. Sad that a local business would rather lose a room full of patron's vs. catering to 2 self-serving and righteous acting idiots. We won't ever be back to this place based on their unwillingness to take care of foolishness. Amendment: The manager, Michel, reached out to me and discussed our experience. After a great chat, he assured me that they take all feedback and issues seriously and he stated that he would speak directly to the staff involved. This greatly restored our confidence in this eatery and we will go back to give it another try at his request. Thank you Michel!

My wife and I had the Christmas Day four-course meal. Everything form the soup to the dessert was absolutely delicious. The staff was courteous and friendly, and the service was very good. It was a little pricey, but the quality was worth it.
