the hamburger meat may be fresh but the hamburger is drenched in sauce with limp lettuce with a soggy limp bun but and doesn't measure up to the hype of a "fresh' burger. Same for their fries being so called "fresh" and their frying technique have a lot to be desired. Many of the fries are burnt and dry so much that I had to pick and choose a decent edible French fry.
