I’m assuming the owner was super nice! I called on the 4th and she stayed open for us to come in. The food is of course amazing and we had a nice peaceful dinner. She was very attentive and kind, can’t wait to come back!
My wife is from Taiwan. I also lived there for about 5 years. She loves hot pot, and today we went there for her birthday. Very good place! I recommend any thinly-sliced meats, and the Satay is a staple to have with your hot pot. You mix it up by itself, get a spoonful for the side, and then marinate your cooked meats with it. Phenomenal. Also, soak some white rice with the soup. That is authentic hot pot!
I will keep returning for as long as it's open. The staff & the food are consistent and worth the money. It can get pricey but you can ask to get half orders on a lot of things for the soup.
