I had a gastric bypass in 2004. While my family enjoyed and had a great meal, because the refried beans were so spicy, I left the staff know I couldn't eat it and they went in the storage and got me refried beans that had no spice or anything added to them whatsoever so that I could enjoy eating with my family refried beans with cheese and not the stuff that they were serving to the rest of the family. We visit this local neighborhood restaurant at least once per month because the food & service are AMAZING! This is a locally owned Mexican Restaurant with some amazing waitstaff & cooks! The food is absolutely delicious! Some of the best shrimp tacos I’ve ever had. The flautas were great too! The queso, on the other hand, was not. The cheese dip was very bland with no seasoning or flavor. It’s also a little pricey but worth it. Sooo good.
