Service was absolutely horrible by the manager and the woman at the window. Went through the drive through, and the man (who was the manager) taking the order was extremely rude, and couldn't get my order correct. Went up to the window, the woman at the window read my order back, I tried to ask a question, then she ran my card. When I asked about the order, she gave me a nasty look. Sign says open 24 hours BUT arrived last night at 10:30pm and the entire store was closed. No signs on the drive-thru board indicating why.. Called today, the manager was extremely rude.. Told me their hours vary day by day due to staffing issues and corporate doesn't allow them to post signs if they need to close early. Not to mention, it was very unprofessional for him to also complain about how many hours he's working right now.
