Horrible experience at this location. The two ladies working tonight were extremely unprofessional and flat out rude. The older one especially. No greeting no thank you and told me she doesn’t care what I have to drink because I get it myself. Rolled her eyes when I said have a good night. I understand people have bad days but this isn’t the first time she has been this way. Love me some late night snacks but I feel this will be the last time I spend my money at the Richland Jack n the box.

Drive thru. Asked about the monster mozzarella sticks and lady had an attitude instead of politely saying no haven't gotten them in yet. Still went to order something differant and was rushed through couldn't finish an order before hearing is that all. Got to window she was so completely rude. Grabbed our money and slam window then rudely hands back money and again window. Took our food and left. Got home live 3 minutes away food was cold and almost like someone order and never showed so they throw at next person. Love our jack fix but this employee should not be in this business if she going to treat customers that way. This was about was a couple of days ago around 930 maybe later.

They make every car pull up out front . I work down road. And last 2 times so many cars your stuck not even pulling out of drive through. They have only 1 person working Management who makes schedule needs to be fired. This store is going to crap!! Food horrible, and always forget items. It’s not ran good anymore.
