09/07- Milo was on duty when I walked in. She was busy with an order but it didn't stop her from welcoming me in and offering to answer questions. I thought she was on top of it.When she got to me her Sean her co-worker offered to help me and he took over.Milo ended up making my sub and together they made a good tag team. I am heading home tomorrow, but if I were staying I'd be still stopping by!

I ordered an 8 inch turkey sub with no mayo it had extra mayo and a tiny amount of meat on it and I said vinegar and oil there was none! For the price it was ridiculous! The girl that took my order and made my sub needs a lesson in how to make a sub first or fire her! I will never go there again! Just gross sloppy and overpriced! Her name is Jaida chk# 143

Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again. I ordered for my lunch break at work. Took an almost 45 minutes to get my order (they are only a few blocks from my work) all just to find out they dropped it off at a completely different business. They very kindly offered for me to go and retrieve my own order. Obviously I wasn’t gonna go for that as I have a limited time for lunch. They eventually got me my order after over an hour of waiting, and refused to compensate me in any way. I was told if they refund the whole order they will cancel the whole order and I won’t get the food. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. My advice, just go to Jersey Mikes
I placed my order at 1154. I called at 1224 to see what was going on and was told they were very busy, but my order was out for delivery and I should receive it in 20 minutes. I received my order at 104pm. I was literally half a block from their store This was ridiculous

It's a sandwich shop. Not fine dining. 31.00 for 1 sandwich and 2 drinks 2 chips!Isn't this price gouging? They guy at the counter said they raised it based on the minimum wage increases. I think there is a better way. Cutomer retention will keep your doors open. Thats just me though.

The prices have gone up, and the amount of food for the price has decreased. I used to not even be able to eat one of their regular size sandwiches, and now I go away hungry for 2 more dollars. This used to be one of my favorite places. I can get a chicken sandwich that is more filling for half the price at McDonald's.

Honestly, doesn't even deserve a single star. This place is an absolute rip off. Ordered the large "Cubano" sandwich for $25.00. Yes that's right, twenty-five dollars for a foot long sandwich, but wait! There is more to be disappointed about this ridiculous rip off joint. This $25 sub had a SINGLE layer of ham, totaling three measly pieces of VERY THIN deli sliced ham, two SMALL pieces of bacon, two small pieces of cheese and four small strips of pickle. I am not sure that they could have been more blatant about ripping us off. Not only will we never, ever visits another jimmy John's I am going to be sure to tell every one I know what an unscrupulous and dishonest business this is.

The last times I have ordered from here have been terrible. I got a bootleggers club and it looked like the turkey was raw. I'm not even sure how that's possible but I feel sick afterwards. The deliver person was not very friendly either. You have just lost a regular customer.
