Writing this review because good customer service is very rare now days. Very, esp the younger generation. The team in shift was amazing, especially the young gal at the register. Wasn’t wearing a name tag or id give her a shout out.

Jimmy John's in Richland had top notch service. The guy taking my order, after I put my number in, gave me the best deal with my chosen sandwich. He made sure that I had another person making my sandwich did it away from other sandwiches so I didn't have any cross contamination with tomatoes (I'm highly allergic). Restaurant was very clean, with top notch staff!!

Food was actually very good. I must have sat a good 5 minutes before realizing my food was ready because they didn't bother to call my name. (Not sure why they asked for my name when I placed the order, if they weren't going to use it when my order was ready.) Great Italian sandwich though, excellent.
