Service is awesome, beer is okay, food is fine for the tri-cities. But the surprise fee at the end that I wasn’t told about in advance left a really poor impression of this place.

One of the best pubs in the Tri Cities, great food

We have been to the brewery for many occasions! Today we chose here to grab a beverage and a snack. We were treated very poor by a person on the staff for no reason! And our order for food was burnt! The server stopped serving us for no reason! We spend a considerable amount of money there and will not be back and neither will several others that were there with us!

Service was great. Almost no veg options, no vegan options. Food might be good for meat eaters. I ordered the black bean burger, which was a sad, soft mess on a greasy bun that immediately fell apart in my hands. Fries and beer were pretty good, though.

Delicious food. Wonderful workers! An amazing place to relax get a beer eat some bomb food and watch the game 😁. My favorite place for a date night ❤️

Great food, excellent beer selection and service was excellent!!

We have eaten here one other time and thought since we were close we would try it again. Long story short I probably won’t be going back. The service was not good at all, the food was ok.

This was one of my favorite hang outs , great beer selection, good food, great service, did I mention the beer was ice cold, great view of the river, close to the park, easy access from the highway, good prices. Plenty of parking,

We were traveling and found the brewery on google. We have a 36 foot RV and were worried about parking. This place was a perfect park, large parking space and easy in and out. Tanner was a great waiter and very knowledgeable about the menu and beers. Nice beer choices, wine was great, variety of food choices and great food. Nice setting with outdoor seating along the river. Would recommend it !

I’m in the bathroom right now, it’s exceptionally clean. They consistently paint over all of the comedic graffiti in the bathroom, that’s how you know they care.

We had such a great experience at Rattlesnake Mountain Brewing! Our group was pretty big, including 6 energetic kids all under the age of 6 and the staff handled it like total pros. Huge shoutout to our waitress (I wish I’d caught her name!) she had vibrant purple hair and an even brighter attitude. She absolutely crushed it. Patient, attentive, and on top of every single order, she even kept drinks full without anyone having to ask.
The food was also fantastic, super tasty and very reasonably priced, especially considering how crazy everything is in today’s economy. Great vibe, awesome service, and kid-friendly to top it all off. We’ll definitely be back!

Their Cascadian Dark IPA may the best beer I've ever had! Its intense flavor & smooth feel are mind blowing. I followed it up with their Hickory Smoked Porter shown here. A truly excellent Porter that would put most beers to shame.

Oh and the service was phenomenal. Attentive friendly servers.

If you like flat beers, sticky tables and mediocre food than this place might be for you. Otherwise spend your money elsewhere.
