I ordered under my nickname Violet, just so they recognize the name. I order a dozen of a custom assortment, a dozen of original glazed, and six chocolate frosted. As well as some drinks. For delivery. It showed up missing the dozen of original glazed. I don't know or care why. But when i called, the manager was immediately very apologetic and ready to make it right with the options of a refund, a gift card, or i could come get the dozen plus a dozen for free. Krispy Kreme makes me so happy... But not this location. Tri cities has ruined an iconic classic. How are they always out of donuts? Service stinks. $30 for some dang donuts and I don't ever get what I want. I'll save my KK trips for other cities.

Original glazed are great. Cinnamon rolls and apple fritters are the worst I have ever eaten. I'm not sure if they are following the procedure properly because they taste like bitter dough with a fermented sour theme. It's not a one-off either, I have tried them a couple of times over the years hoping it wasn't.
