Donuts are great. Employees are usually quite friendly, but they always use the same gloves to take your money that they used to pick up your donut. So then back and forth over the day touching money and then donuts is pretty gross.

I ordered under my nickname Violet, just so they recognize the name. I order a dozen of a custom assortment, a dozen of original glazed, and six chocolate frosted. As well as some drinks. For delivery. It showed up missing the dozen of original glazed. I don't know or care why. But when i called, the manager was immediately very apologetic and ready to make it right with the options of a refund, a gift card, or i could come get the dozen plus a dozen for free. Their delivery...

Krispy Kreme makes me so happy... But not this location. Tri cities has ruined an iconic classic. How are they always out of donuts? Service stinks. $30 for some dang donuts and I don't ever get what I want. I'll save my KK trips for other cities.
