The food was good, the service is decent and the cleanliness is alright. Some of the prep cooks need to change their gloves more often when handling different foods or use the utensils so they don't cross contaminated the ingredients.
Rather inconsistent. December experience- lots of staff standing around - slow service - dirty tables everywhere. But the concept is great and the one employee who was actually working (instead of gossiping) was friendly and certainly trying.
Zachary at Mod pizza here was amazing! He was so attentive and helpful and so generous with the toppings! He was so patient with my orders and super kind. I really hope his bosses acknowledge him! He's amazing! I really appreciate it!
