Twice now they have undercooked our food. The pizza "crust" was still dough, and they shorted us on wings. I called to politely ask for a refund and was lied to, didn't get our money back and will not be ordering from here

The driver was rude to me. He was swearing at me and being toxic when he was asking directions. I was at my girlfriend apartment for the first time and this happens. I’m not impressed. Food was really bad and cold. I spent $50. ????

I placed an order online. The order was for a curbside pickup, thus asking for a tip for the person to carry it out to the car. I went ahead and tipped and gave the information for the type of vehicle I would be driving. When I arrived, I called to let them know I was out front. I could see them standing at the counter. They said that they don't do curbside delivery and that I could only come in to pick up my order. I had already prepaid the tip. When I walked in there was no one waiting, no lines, and no one in the restaurant. I asked if they did curbside pickup and they said, "Not right now."The website needs to be updated so people aren't paying tips for a service that isn't offered. Or for a service that is only offered when the employees feel like it. I will not return to this location.

I have never had my order been delivered correctly but stupidly try to give the benefit of the doubt that it will be different each time. This most recent experience will be my last after my order was missing an item so they said they would make up a new batch and send it out.. an hour later the new delivery driver try’s to demand payment more than once! Even after I tell him no and that it was a fix for a mess up… he goes back to his car to look at the receipt and I get a “my bad”. Then the fixed food was so hard we couldn’t even eat it!Do better!

I will never order from this restaurant again, have not ordered from any other PizzaHut establishment for months, and probably will not for the foreseeable future. All friends, family, and coworkers have been and will continue to be dissuaded from interactions with this establishment. I had a truly horrible experience and the most I have received in response is their generic "your feedback is important! We'll talk to our team ;)" message EVERY attempt I have made over the last SEVERAL MONTHS. I placed an order for delivery set to arrive about noon of September 9 2023 using a combination of coupon, points redeem, and payment. Rather than sending one of their own, they sent the order through doordash. And of course, two hours go by and apparently the order has simply disappeared from their system, along with all information about the driver, as doordash apparently canceled the order on their end. By the time I get ahold of someone, I am told they'll remake it and I 'won't be charged'. When the order I never received was already paid for. By 4 pm the food arrives, over four hours late, coupon wasted, points wasted, time and money wasted, and loyalty burned to a crisp. Let alone the time before when placing an order for delivery their system changed it to pickup without our knowledge and we spent over an hour waiting with no response.No one has sought to make true amends over this blatant negligence. Domino's has better sides, and Papa John's has better ingredients for a better quality pizza. Pizza hut has zero customer service and zero accountability.

I don't know what is wrong with the people at this store but the manager socializes way too much the Hispanic overweight chick. One got paid for his order 45 minutes ago and just got it, and I've been waiting on a doordash for 30 minutes cuz you guys forgot to make the pizza and then you realize you made the pizza but it was too cold cuz it was left on the top rack what a bunch of morons. I will never pick up from this place again for doordash ever again.

Always get a personal pan pizza and a side of the cinnasticks. No more red pepper flake or cheese packages, must buy them in a small container...ummm nope
