Wasn't sure what to expect trying this place for the first time. Ordered some pizza and it showed up on time, hot and just how I asked. Simple enough, but definitely a nice surprise after a long day.
I must give 5 stars for the amazing customer service at this Pizza Hut.
Let me explain.
We lost one of my Uncle's and a few months later my Papa. My grandma moved to another city recently. My beautiful Aunt stayed in Richland. I had a memorial blanket made for her to be reminded of how loved she, it had pictures of her late Dad, brother and of course of her Mom who is now living a few hours away.
All of this to say that when I sent the package...

Went to pickup an online order. The other was ready a few minutes early which was great. The restaurant was clean but the dining area was dark and needed more lighting. The person at the counter was polite. The pizza was a simple pepperoni. I love pepperoni and maybe it's just me and my tastes might have changed but the pizza was just ok.
