Wake Up Call - GWay

Recently stayed at the Hampton near by Richland, WA. I walked over for coffee and 3 out 4 days, my order was screwed up. Waitstaff needs better training or to pay better attention.

I ordered the Firecracker drink: MadHatter energy layered with vanilla, blue curacao, blue raspberry, and strawberry bursting boba. They offered a 15, 20, or 25% tip. They were out of breakfast burritos. We got 2 drinks, 2 breakfast sandwiches, & 1 cotton candy cake pop. It cost $37 + a $5.55 tip which was quite expensive. The drink was delicious and I loved it! The breakfast sandwich and cake pop and the pricing was a little bit disappointing. Other than that, I may be back for a drink only next time!

I walked in with a friend and we each ordered a drink. The girl working the counter had literally the worst attitude I've ever encountered at a coffee shop and the drinks were disgusting

Honesty, I hate to give this place such a low rating, but the 2 of 4 times I’ve visited the latte has been horrible. Oversteamed, no foam, poor tasting espresso, just not good. The one I bought today I just threw away, it was that bad. The employees are very friendly.

This morning, the girls working the window had horrible snappy attitude for no reason. I definitely let them know. I was not OK with their attitudes. The one making her coffee was rolling her eyes while I was still giving my order just ridiculous.

For some reason any time I go to this one I end up in line forever. Even when there's only a car or 2 in front of me. Not sure if they're trying to train new employees or what🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Busy and noisy. And depends who working ɓ

This place is fairly consistent with what they deliver for products. Seems to be trained very well and shows. The quality os fantastic and the staff are friendly. Definitely would recommend stopping of your not from around the area.

Only one staff member on. She was obviously so overworked that she didn't care. Drinks were okay but the shop wasn't clean.

Service is fabulous. Friendly and fast, great coffee.

I like that they have tables and chairs both inside and out for customers to sit at.

Monday at 430pm. Slow in lobby and one car in drive through. Horribly rude employee. Didn't even care to make my drink how I asked. I always tip decent. Second time I've had horrible service from this girl. I've been a long time customer won't be going back to the location on gway. Hire someone who wants to be in customer serive
