Okay? Came to grab my pizza around 8:30 saw a note on the door saying the computers were down, and that they were only accepting cash.Why would you let people make orders then? It’s 8:30 at night my bank isn’t even open, I’m not paying a fee to withdraw money from another bank for pizza.Wow.

The Gway staff does great and they are very helpful. Although the staff is great I do not like the new churro twists and I hope they will bring back the original cinnamon twists.

16 people and 7 of those young children. The staff was friendly, and very accommodating. All the kids and most of the adults had fun in the arcade. The food was awesome as usual.Kid-friendliness: Arcade

I asked for garlic sauce on the side. I got 2 ranch cups. I called the store. I was told that even though the receipt said ranch, it was Garlic sauce. She said they only had one sauce and it was garlic sauce. I apologized and hung up. I tasted the sauce. It was ranch. Not only was I reassured 2x times that it was garlic sauce, but i paid $1.38 for ranch sauce I didn't want and tipped $5.Order #7008 on Dec.24th 2023.I would like a $6.38 refund.When I am refunded I will update my review.

We stopped by after a night out of Christmas light sightseeing with our 5 year old grandson and 6 year old nephew, one hour prior to closing time, which we all know can be the worst time . Not only was the food delicious, but the customer service was top notch!! Tim was phenomenal along with the rest of the crew including the cook!! They were all friendly, attentive, respectful & they all wished us a wonderful evening as we left. These People definitely need recognition for being exceptional!! Thank You for the wonderful experience!
They've got the freshest and best pizza. And the staff are so nice and friendly. They make you feel at home. And the kids love the little game room and watching them through the window making their dough.

The Hispanic girl (long brown hair and eyelash extensions) was SUPER rude to my friend and I. When she brought the pizza she just glared at us dropped the pizza off at the table and walked away, no "hi" or "here's your pizza guys". Worst customer service I've had in awhile. Hire friendly employees please.
