They have two spicy tuna rolls the server automatically charged me for the expensive one then had attitude when I asked her to fix it, so I said leave it’s fine and she had attitude about that…then she got my order wrong!! First time here and never returning

We wanted to find a sushi spot that also had teriyaki and yakisoba dishes for my daughter's birthday. This place delivered everything we craved, along with a great atmosphere, and friendly staff. We had chicken yakisoba, the teriyaki and general tso special, some sushi, and fish and chips, all were great portions and tasted delicious. Their chili sauce is soooo good, I had to take some home! The location is a bit far out, especially when you don't live in the tri-cities but I believe it was well worth the drive. Returning customers? Absolutely!!!

I ordered the Spicy Teriyaki Chicken based on the photos on your menu. Unfortunately, what I received looked nothing like what was pictured—there were no vegetables with the chicken, as shown in the photo. It’s possible the picture is from an outdated user submission.
When I asked for the total price for my pick-up order, I was given a specific amount. However, upon arrival, I was told the price was higher. When I questioned the difference, the hostess insisted she hadn’t spoken with me on the phone and explained that the higher price was due to tax, a bag fee, and an upcharge for requesting the item “spicy.”
I would appreciate it if the communication between your staff could be improved, especially regarding pricing on the phone. Additionally, it would be great if the menu photos more accurately reflect the actual items, as there seems to be a misrepresentation of both the menu and the pricing.
I’m uncertain if I’ll return, even though the location is convenient and the place seemed promising at first.

Nice atmosphere, pleasant service and reasonably priced- that’s all the positives I can list. I had the Mongolian beef and it was horrid. It’s an embarrassment that a chef/cook would plate this disaster. Also had frozen egg rolls that were deep fat fried- really? Seriously, buying prepared food and serving it in a restaurant is not going to bring back repeat customers. If time and effort wasn’t used in preparing the food- don’t serve! Please, please send this cook to a very good restaurant and then emulate two of their best dishes.
