This is not a real Taco Time. They don’t have the Taco Time menu items. Paid $8 for a very small, very sad burrito. I would not go here again.

Omg! Bucks Do not Just bad No covers for hot tots or other potato stuff---what!!!! Right out of the fryer and so hot it burns the mouth!!!! No warning given. Staff just are there to get paid until the place gets sold or closes due to bad cs mgmt 😞

Uber Eats order. If you're going to give the option for sauces and napkins.Please add them to the order. Food arrived cold and poorly prepared. Unfortunately this is the first time I've had a bad experience with a Taco Time. I've been to many around the state of WA. Richland, you let me down!

I bought multiple sweet pork burritos for my wife. The burritos tasted as if someone just poured sugar on the meat. It gagged my wife, and myself. Total waste of $21. Unfortunately we live outside of the tri- cities.

Terrible service here tonight. I used a coupon and ordered several items. The coupon was for buy one get one equal or lesser value. They took off the lowest priced side and I offered to do 2 separate transactions, but no, instead the employee bad mouthed me to other co workers, which I could hear. Then they didn't give me the ranch dressing for my salad. I will not be back there ever again.
Really disappointed with the changes made to the menu including removing the four for 699 options. It was the only place I could get mini quesadillas which are the only thing that I really enjoy there. But I got them pretty frequently so it was something that I was always looking forward to. Now I can't order them because the only place they seem to exist is on the children's menu in which case a meal with a mini quesadilla cost more than I used to pay for four of them. Prices everywhere are ridiculous, but now I don't want to even eat it one of my favorite places to grab lunch. I realize it's a very narrow group that really look forward to that menu, but I was one of those people and completely removing the options I had for lunch alienates me from your establishment. If that was the goal congratulations.
