“Not enough producers are working with #Sémillon— which I don't understand because when done right, is an amazing grape! I’m grateful that #calebfoster at Gunpowder Creek Winery has created a stellar bottle in a dry fashion. It’s full-bodied with hints of lemon on the palate, fig on the nose. Even with its fantastic mouth-feel, it still comes in at only 12.5%. This will be my go-to fall/winter white!”
