5 stars for the coffee - (didn't try any food). Really good latte. 4 stars for the service - not super friendly but not rude either - good, not great 5 stars for the atmosphere - loved the inside! Clean, comfortable, and spacious. 4 stars for the prices - wish they were just a bit cheaper but not bad

Cozy place with table seating and also casual seating for conversations. Staff was super friendly and the prices were reasonable. I had an egg nog chai tea on ice. Yum! 🤤

Kozy Kup used to be my go-to for good coffee, so it's disappointing, to say the least when my coffee has been nearly undrinkable for the last (at least) four times in a row. For some reason, in the previous six months, things have gone downhill, and I keep trying to see if it's just a fluke, but today is my last day. I'm tired of wasting my money on subpar coffee that's honestly overpriced and mid-customer service.

We've come now several times as we were given a gift card to try this place out. I especially LOVE the smoothies. I get the strawberry bannana & orange and it tastes just like orange Julius if not better
