The breakfast sandwiches are microwaved bagels with frozen precooked sausage patties and precooked bacon. The coffee is typical over-extracted sweet drinks. Get the same quality food and coffee and McDonald’s for cheaper if that’s what you like.

Worst coffee and smoothie we have ordered from here ever, and last time was not the greatest either. Coffee taste like straight milk and the lady was rude when I showed her what I wanted. My daughters smoothie was suppose to be strawberry banana but it came out white, looked like they filled the cup full of bananas and just a splash of strawberry, no hint of strawberry whatsoever. Hopefully if we decide to come back

Generally love this place. Good coffee, friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere to sit and chat or catch up on some work. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I *always* seem to be swatting flies away when I'm here. I'm guessing they get in through the drive-up window, but sometimes there's actually several flies and it can be really annoying.

Cozy Kup is my go-to coffee spot in Tri-Cities when I need to get computer work done outside the house. Today’s visit was amazing—the red-haired server was incredibly kind, present, and made my (very specific!) coffee order perfectly without any judgment or impatience. That kind of service really makes all the difference.
I ordered a 12oz iced Americano with 2 shots regular espresso, 1 shot white coffee, extra heavy whipping cream, and honey. It came out smooth, creamy, and exactly how I wanted it - for just $5.30. They use real heavy cream and actual honey, which is a rare find these days!
The shop has free Wi-Fi, a variety of indoor seating for laptop and paperwork time, and a menu full of creative drink ideas. I love that they offer white coffee, heavy whip, honey and a variety of energy drink options like Red Bull, Lotus, fruit smoothies, juices, and teas. They also have baked goods (though I wish they had a gluten-free option!) and espresso beans for sale.
In full honesty, service quality can vary. On a previous visit, the barista seemed a bit impatient/rude and my drink came out burnt-tasting and watery despite paying for extra cream. But when you get a kind and attentive server like today, it’s a five-star experience all around... Cozy Kup is definitely worth checking out—especially if you like your coffee customized and your atmosphere relaxed!

It's a cute coffeeshop. Not very small, quite a bit of seating. I don't think I have ever had a frappuccino that was blended so smoothly. Not a single ice chunk 10/10. Definitely going to going back.

Cute sit-down coffee shop. Love modern look of the interior with quite a bit of places to sit. Plus a public restroom. Not too many food options left when we got there after 1pm, but what we got was ok. The cotton candy kup and bubblegum kup are amazing if you're into sweet drinks. They tasted exactly as the name implies, we were suprised!
