Always packed. Manager was in the office the crew was frustrated.. needed a till change they were 1 hour behind and it seemed like the manager had no urgency. Crew was handling it better than the manager. I get it's the job to manage but if the crew is struggling pitch in and run the shift smooth. -another manager in fast food.

Is it just me or aren't bone-in wings supposed to be like 50/50 wings and legs? Also, aren't they supposed to 'toss' them in sauce not drown them in it? After waiting longer than the online order estimate, I received 90% wings floating in sauce. I mean, I would think a place that specializes in wings would know more than I.

ordered the bone-in wings and they were honestly really good—crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The sauces had a nice kick and weren’t overly salty or greasy like some other wing spots. I tried the original hot and lemon pepper, both solid choices. The wings were fresh and still hot when I got them, so no complaints on the food itself.

One thing to keep in mind: the wait time was longer than expected. It wasn’t super packed, but I still waited about...
