My main issue was that there were feathers on some of my wings. I know they're from birds, I get that, but aren't the feathers supposed to be plucked off before cooking? I just feel like if all you is chicken wings, you should just be really really good at chicken wings, you know what I mean? Also I found the regular/original spices to be quite bland. I am only rating it 3 stars due to bad customer service. I understand they were busy but the person at the front counter told me they didn’t have fries. After I ordered the front guy turned to his coworker and she asked if I wanted fries, to which he said you can put them in if you want but she won’t eat them. Which is false. Then I asked if they did have fries (after seeing people cooking them) and he said it’s for online only. I think that is unfair but that’s just my...

Every time I order from here I ask for extra crispy/ extra cook time and the fries are limp and the chicken is cooked just long enough. I can’t imagine how they’re cooked without the extra cook time. The boneless wings are tiny. Chicken sandwich tastes old. I’ve been here many times and keep trying to give them a chance. :(
