Service is extremely slow. Food is overpriced. The hamburger is mediocre at best. We asked for a receipt and we waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally had to go and SEARCH for someone willing to assist us. I'll go to Costco for a $1.50 hot dog next time. Don't waste your time or money here! You will regret it.

Hostess was great, and very inviting. We sat at the bar area and for an extremely slow day, we’re met with a wait that seemed a bit long. We ordered drinks, and then proceeded to watch the bartender texting and/or scrolling on her phone by the till for close to 10 minutes before she started on the drinks, which weren’t too bad.

Food left us wanting. The salad looked like it was thrown together by someone who doesn’t like their food touching, and the mac-and-cheese was far too thick, in a rubbery kinda way. Tasted like old stale Velveeta.

In the end we spent about an hour here and due to the long wait times for on a very slow evening, and the food not only appearing to be prepared as cheap as possible, but also not having any quality to speak of, and the bill being quite large, I doubt we will be coming back.

My experience was terrible with my waitress. The food was good . Customer service awful . There was a blonde young lady serving me close to the entrance last weekend who got mad at my tip size and told me to talk to her on my way out and told me that I was wasting her time and it cost her money for me to be there . And next time I come she won’t seat me in her section. It was degrading as a customer to have a waitress do this to me . And she wasn’t even serving us half the time!!!! I had to ask other waiters for refills constantly!

It took a while to get seated because the waitresses were in shift transition. Then they set us down next to other people. When the place was less than 20% occupied. Then they sat more people next to the table that they just cleaned that was occupied when we walked in.

was awful.. there was 5 people total in the place. cold food, hair in my food and server only came by at the beginning.. she needs help. or new job..

The food was okay. Friendly service. But the lavender martini was $25. And it was in a plastic glass. This isn't the first I've spent $25 on a cocktail, but anytime I have, it's been in a restaurant that uses real glass for the glasses. It sounds petty, but this place does not have a nice enough vibe to be charging $25 for a cocktail.

Pretty quiet for a casino, but I like that. The machines are more loose in the morning but as the day goes on they tighten up. Not fun when you get 10 free games and win nothing extra. Other casinos give you something on free spins. This one is a lot more tight fisted. Food is good at the food bars. Also, no food vouchers given yet and we go several times a month.

The atmosphere was inviting and our waiter did a good job. The spinach dip was quite good, but my tacos had a strange spice on them that I did not like it was to strong. So I added the sauce to it and the sauce was needlessly hot for no reason It did not add any extra flavor. My husband said his impossible Burger was gross it really let him down. Unfortunately they don't have many vegetarian or vegan options here. The nachos along with the nacho cheese are very good. The nachos come free with my tacos. Both our meals were filling.

Super annoyed that we came to ilani for brunch just for Tom’s and it was closed. Didn’t know restaurants close down in the middle of the day. I don’t know if this is a staffing thing or what but was excited to bring some friends here from out of town.

I order the nachos, worse nachos ever don't waste your in money in cold tasteless nachos. Everything was cold from the chips to the meat. The menu did not mention cold nachos. They were under staff i ask twice for ketchup i never got it.

I bet you'd do better business if you kept your employees off their phones. Twice I've walked in there and sat at the bar, and been completely ignored by your bartenders because they're staring at their phones. Hostess is no better. So off to Rock and Brews we go.
