“My son’s favorite place to eat. We sometimes wait to be seated unless they are with another table then we just seat ourselves. Sometimes they are short staffed and we have to have patience’s, after all good food takes time. We tip very good after we finish our meal, haven’t had a bad meal since eating here. Overall I would eat here again in the future.”

“My husband talked me into going here. I was very questionable because of the outside of the building. You pass through the grocery store then arrive into the restaurant. I thought the atmosphere with the decor and music were good. It was a little run down with the floor . Who cares about the floors. They were clean . We ordered the food came out fairly quickly. The ladies deserve a huge kudos for keeping things authentic. I say to anyone, Go there. Nothing fancy but the food and care are very good. 👍 👍”

Josie, the owner, was extremely helpful with picking out some tasty teas, and I bought a great cup for steeping tea without using tea bags. I love it! I also bought some deodorant and soap. I walked out smiling, and use the products everyday. If you haven’t been to Roots, go!! It’s worth a visit. Support your local small businesses! I’ll be back.”

“Great food! This location is within the 12 Tribes Hotel/Casino. Confusing for 1st time customers, this is NOT a normal restaurant where you get a table & waitress takes an order. You are greeted, place your order, pay and then find a table. The seating area is beautiful and with plenty of room. Reminds of a food court but with only one vendor. We had breakfast for under $20 for 2 people which I thought was very reasonable.”
