Probably one of the best restaurants I've eaten at in an airport. Jericho was our server and he was awesome. The food was awesome. To start, their spin on Loco Moco was delicious. From the cheesy grits to the gravy, every bite was flavorful. The dipping sauce for the spam fries can be put on everything, it was that good. Jericho's Bloody Mary was a great choice with the meal.
Got into Seattle at 6am local time and was able to get a seat easily. QR codes on table to help ordering when busy but we did order through the server. She was moving and grooving. Much appreciated. Food price was on similar to the rest of restaurant in the N gates. Salt, pepper, and three different kinds of hot sauce are available if you want a more seasoned breakfast. Our food came out nice and warm, but the grits did cool off quickly. 6am at an American airport, Im not expecting...
We sat at the counter bar and food was decent and fast. I'm leaving a review because I haven't had good service from anywhere for quite some time. Channa K was our server and she is top notch. Super efficient, tentative and friendly. If you go there, try and get her section! She works so hard, you'd think she was an owner. Thank you Channa! ?
