Nice spot in the airport. Had a diner feel to it. Had the avocado burrito. Good but nothing special. Avocados were fresh though. Coffee wasn’t good. Save that for another spot in the airport.Good service.
You know that feeling when you get a big gift box that ends up being a gag gift because the box was wayyyy bigger than the actual present?That's the experience at Skillet in SEA. Paying over $15 for a burrito that was the size of my fist? Borderline criminal, even for an airport!

The staff here at s on it! I was greeted right away and checked on several times even though they were very busy. My food was ready almost instantly. The decor, lighting, barstools, and booths are so cute and feel like a classic diner.
