Local SeaTac folks, La Santa food truck moved from across the street from PSSC. Now located at the old Bull Pen next to Metier Brewing (can park at Angle Lake lightrail station then easy walk). Great food! Fun outside vibe.

My wife and I went for dinner and we are hooked! Excellent Birrieria! I had a Birrieria Quasadilla and my wife had a Birrieria Crunch Wrap. Excellent flavor! Service was very good. The server answered all our questions (Happily) and tables were clean. We will be back

I saw this restaurant on route to a destination and it looked appealing and especially when I saw breakfast. Decided to stop today and I paid a whopping $15 for a breakfast burrito. That’s unheard of. Yet, understanding the location and their reputation for best tacos, I decided I would give it a chance. For the amount of time I waited (on average 5-8 minutes, may have been more) the bacon was not fully cooked, I expected crunchy hash browns, but I can over look that. The salsa caught my attention because I’ve seen salsa verde plenty of times, but this oozed out with so much radiance. As I tasted it, it lacked a kick of the traditional salsa and had more of a relish effect more so than anything. Would I ever go back? Nope, not for $15. If this was $6.50, I wouldn’t be doing this review and immediately go back. If you charge premium, then you are expected to meet premium expectations and this was way below the bar.

Little taco truck with outdoor seating.
Tacos were delicious! Ordered quesotaco with carne asada, and birria taco. My perrita Metztli ordered a plain chicken taco. Prices are pretty great for the sabor and great food. Will definitely be back.
