All workers are off talking to people when orders are placed. A Kraft Mac and cheese cup is bigger than the portion you get from here.12.50 for .50 cents worth of food. I will never go back to any of the restaurants in capital hill food hall based off this 1 visit.i fly in and out of Seattle 2 times a month.
i see many of the other reviews seem pretty
bad, i was walking to my flight and i saw they had match latte so i wanted an iced one and it was pretty good i asked for vanilla syrup inside and it wasn’t a bad matcha ! the man was nice enough to also fill my water bottle was tap water but it didn’t bother me i was rlly thirsty.

Automated kiosk garbage won’t provide receipt, vendors can’t fulfill orders. Profit over people.
Capitol Hill Food Hall - A Gates offers a decent dining experience with a range of options. The buffalo chicken sandwich and fries are standouts, while the BBQ chicken pizza is also a highlight. Prices are reasonable for an airport location. The natural light and quieter corner make up for the sometimes dirty and disorganized atmosphere.
The clam chowder bowl and Korean BBQ sandwich are okay, but the clam chowder does not seem to be freshly made. The fries could use some salt. However, the bar service is amazing, with the staff being helpful and going above and beyond.
The food court is big, open, and spacious, with many seating options including regular tables, tall tables, and bar seating. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide a view of the planes. The menu ranges from typical snacks to prepared restaurant-style foods, such as pizza, chowder, burgers, and coffee shop options. For those who do not have lounge access, it is a pretty decent option to relax. The food options are not bad, but the selection is limited for vegetarians and vegans. The prices are high, but expected for an airport food court. The staff, such as the waitress Marjorie, provide great service with a smile. The venue is clean and attractive, with plenty of seating available.
