My absolute favorite place to eat before I jump on a plane. Outstanding vegetarian food and service and great cocktails!
If you’re just looking for coffee, look no further! They serve Stumptown here and it was very good. (Gate A1)

Genuinely great food - not just by airport standards. I live in Seattle and I now get to the airport early just to eat here when I can. If you’re visiting Seattle try Cafe Flora and Flora Bakehouse too.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We were very surprised to have a yummy, fun, and pleasant dining experience at the airport! The food was fresh and delicious and had something for everyone; the four of us decided to share because there was such a variety. They offered a wide variety of NA and alcoholic drinks, as well. Our server was amazing - Michael (?) clearly enjoyed his job and cared greatly about our experience. The restaurant is conveniently located near the food court in the A terminal and has an open, airy feel. We will definitely return.
Vegetarian options: They have vegan options for vegetarian dishes.
Dietary restrictions: They were happy to work with my anti-inflammatory diet.

The coffee was excellent! I got the So-Do sandwich with potatoes, my food wasn’t as hot as I was expecting which was mildly disappointing but not a big deal. I’d recommend if you’d like a decent meal prior to flying.

I don't usually go for vegetarian restaurants, but this place seemed to have a good reputation compared to the other airport restaurants. Turns out they were right! I had the tartine and an iced latte and they were both quite tasty. It's not good for airport food, it's just good.
The average rating of this place should be 4.9! Absolutely stellar. Reddit says this is the spot for Sea-tac "and it's not even close" - and it's not even close! There's a bevvy of very friendly staff quickly and kindly taking care of (equally friendly) travellers of all timelines. I had the Floret Grain Bowl and it was heavenly (with some Cholula hot sauce added 👌) along with a nice non-alc IPA, finished with the Lavender latte. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Bravo to the team and thanks for having me and elevating a long travel day!

Not being a vegetarian, I make this place my pre-flight habit just for the mushroom French dip... best vegetarian dish I have ever tasted. And the service is great too, fast and friendly.

I’m not a vegetarian, but I would be if I could live at Floret. Best airport food I’ve had and wonderful, welcoming service. Try the spicy fried tofu sandwich!

Tough to get decent airport coffee, but this place serves Stumptown and it’s great. They also have lots of food options, and a friendly staff. A rare but welcomed find at the Seattle airport.

Wonderful vegetarian restaurant with vegan options near gate A1 in SEA-TAC airport. Had a super good breakfast plate of herbed tofu and garlic greens. It was vegan and low carb yet hearty and satisfying. Love that place.

Tried this place for the first time last week, can't really speak much for the food as I only got a grab and go noodle thing, don't remember exactly what it was called, but the staff was friendly, I work at the airport but that day I was just another passenger, forgot My sida was out and the lady saw it giving me the airport discount which I wasn't expecting. Will have to come back to try more of there food.
