Genuinely great food - not just by airport standards. I live in Seattle and I now get to the airport early just to eat here when I can. If you’re visiting Seattle try Cafe Flora and Flora Bakehouse too.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We were very surprised to have a yummy, fun, and pleasant dining experience at the airport! The food was fresh and delicious and had something for everyone; the four of us decided to share because there was such a variety. They offered a wide variety of NA and alcoholic drinks, as well. Our server was amazing - Michael (?) clearly enjoyed his job and cared greatly about our experience. The restaurant is conveniently located near the food court in the A terminal...
