10 stars if there was the option. Top 5 best restaurants I’ve eaten at. Portions are good for price. Love the organic and local sources. Diet friendly. Excellent service and ambiance. Flavor was next level!
This vegetarian cafe is inside SeaTac. There is a sit-down restaurant and a grab-n-go section. I got a couscous salad and a chocolate croissant to go. The couscous salad with fresh spinach leaves was very good. The croissant was good. Cashier was not especially helpful or pleasant. Overall, if looking for vegetarian food at Sea Tac, this is a very good option.
A little gem in the airport with otherwise questionable options. We are not vegetarian and found the pasta, quesadillas, and beverages excellent. It’s a nice place to sit, have a meal and a drink, and watch the world go by while you wait for a flight.
