They did my son’s cake for his birthday and I was overly delighted,it tasted sweet and delicious all the kids who attended the party were overly joyed not just by the Mario theme as well as the taste of it! A big thank you to them for making this day for me so special and will be going back for future cakes 🤤🎂!

I asked for a 3 leches cake and they gave you a dry cake I called and they didn't answer the phone.I asked for a very wet 3 leches cake and they gave me a very dry cake that didn't even have milk and they don't answer the phone.

Omg this Tripleta hit! It was so delicious 🤤 Service was great and friendly. They also have some great looking pastries. I was too full to try some. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!

I give them two stars because the cakes are actually better than several bakeries, but unfortunately the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If you are ordering and you are going to pay, they are curt but they serve you but the moment they have to deliver everything changes. I ordered cake for 1pm 3 days in advance; They ask you to pay in advance so it makes sense. I paid in advance without asking the price because I didn't really care and I needed it. When the day arrives to pick it up, it turns out that they tell us that we have to wait an hour because they had a lot of cakes to make. I asked to speak to the manager, who was apparently the owner and his attitude was “well I have a lot of cakes to make” he finished it in 30 minutes. At no point does he ask for an apology and makes me feel less important than the other cakes. I was more bothered by his arrogance and lack of attention. As a customer service worker, I was expecting an apology or some discount, the “owner” blatantly tells me, I'm not going to give you any discount, do you want the cake or not?! I had no choice but to accept the rudeness and lack of respect, even though I mentioned that he would lose me as a customer, he did not agree to behave. The discount for me was not what was important, it was “doing the right thing.” This establishment is not to be trusted for schedules!! Better management skills are needed!! An arrogant owner thinks he will always succeed, good luck with that! I will not buy from this place ever again!!!
