Legit boba milk tea at the airport with deliciously brewed tea, dairy free milk options and decently good boba! This isn’t Chicha San Chen levels of award-winning tea and sublime boba (but who is?), but Neighborhood Cafe gets five stars from me for bringing foods I love and actually want to eat before a flight (excellent handmade spam musubi here as well!) into the airport and preparing them with care and taste (and also for using quality ingredients—cane sugar syrup to sweeten...
