Best prime rib dip and brisket tacos! The old clam chowder was better than the current salmon chowder but the other food makes it worth the visit.

Iris was our waitress and we really enjoyed her sweet sense of humor. It was our first time in and she filled us in on all the details so well. Great food and kind service. We will be back!

The service was really nice, but my sourdough pasta was super heavy and doughy. I wouldn't recommend the smoked salmon sourdough pasta. The pasta is soo thick, not pleasant to eat, and certainly too heavy on anyone's stomach. They definitely need to work on the shape and length of pasta. Not cool!!!

First time here! It didn’t disappoint but it was definitely a splurge meal.
We got the complimentary corn bread which was delicious! Very light and fluffy!
The Mac and cheese was sizable for being a happy hr order! The sour dough pasta made a delightful hardy dish! The cheese sauce was super creamy too!
We came for the prime rib though! We got the 18 oz to split and that was the right amount. The medium rare was perfect. We asked for creamy horseradish which had quite the perfect kick. I personally like my prime rib to be saltier and I am a prime rib dipper which was hard in the little container of au jus.
Sorry for the half eaten prime rib dish! I was digging in!
Ivan was our waiter and he was the perfect amount of helpful! Would recommend for a splurge meal!

The food was amazing but the service was exemplary. We were greeted right away and made to feel welcome as we were taken to our table. The order was taken promptly and correctly and the food came out super fast. Their staff is wonderful. The food is great too!!

This place is the best. The meats are good of course but the real surprise was how amazing the corn bread and pasta was. They make it with sourdough and it blew my mind. I had a religious experience. Don't miss out!
Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu! They don't skimp and it's the same great food not weird frozen stuff.

I can’t say enough about Sharps.
It was recommended by the front desk at the Hampton in where I have been staying. The hotel gave me a coupon for Sharps. Those don’t usually sway me but it did keep the name of the place in my mind and I didn’t see anything else catching my fancy in the area.
Upon entering I noticed the atmosphere was inviting to the casual diner yet also more upscale. Instead of getting a table I decided to sit at the bar. I was quickly greeted by the friendly and incredibly knowledgeable bartender and her trainee. They were discussing drink measurements and portions but never missed a beat on the orders and always gave me and the others immediate attention. I decided to order the American double smash burger (I hope that’s the correct name). I have to say, from trying different foods around the world and resorting to burgers when indecisive, this was one of the best culinary decisions I have ever made. I don’t want to find an error as I may have forgotten a GOLDEN burger I’ve had in the past but I can truthfully say I can’t remember the last time I had a burger this good.
It was excellent in every way.
The rest of the staff were all super friendly too. One person, who I assume might be a manager, after expressing my delight with the burger, gave me full details on how it is prepared. There was much pride and even love in that description. They have a drink-wheel next to the bar with a 30-minute timer next to it. Every half hour they spin the wheel and whichever drink it lands on gets discounted for the next 30 minutes.
Everyone there, staff and diners, appeared happy. I noticed smiles on families and lone diners as they exited as I was walking back from the restroom which had an incredible collection of framed “Far Side Gallery” comics on the wall in the stall.
I was so pleased with the whole experience that I ordered a dessert to take back to the front desk attendant who recommended Sharps to me.
With no surprise I highly recommend Sharps RoastHouse to everyone! All ages! It’s not the largest menu I’ve seen but what they have will definitely impress. It is very close to the airport so if you’re flying into SeaTac and have a lengthy layover, it will be worth the uber ride.
