First time at this restaurant, friendly staff. Had the prime Rib beef dip sandwich, this was one of my top meals of all time anywhere. SO GOOD! The restaurant was nice inside like not a cheap slap together place to look fancy. Loved the meat coolers and meat smoking in view, sets the tone. Will definitely be back again!!

We were recommended by our hotel to try this restaurant. Cozy and warm, food was very interesting, very large portions, hard to finish them, lots of choices. But if you have allergies is not a good place to try. Not many choices if you are a vegetarian. Had to ask several times for the right food, and still was not brought right. The calamari was too dry, and hard to eat. Their drinks menu has plenty of choices. Is worth trying it st least once.

Artom our server was very good. The food was not great. Coming from oklahoma and Texas, the brisket was soaked in sauce and so that was the flavor. Not great. The corn was weird with parmesan I think on it. The best thing on the menu was the free cornbread.

This place is an amazing refreshment of what it means to have a simple, yet classy roasthouse! From the on-display culinary machinery that makes fresh pasta to their visible displays of tasty meats, whisky barrels and spirit-lined walls of the cool-groove bar, the vibe this restaurant puts off is sommelier-level 👌
The food quality is fantastic and has something for everyone. Im a meat-eater so the mouth-watering prime rib was my go-to, while my pescatarian mom went with the smoked salmon pasta and younger brother dove into the smoked brisket mac & cheese. The quality of all was so good, we were genuinely surprised they weren't more expensive.
Ive now come here with friends on another occasion and, again, had a fantastic experience. Both times we had the pleasure of being served by Jared, who really made the experience pop! His personability and professionalism were only outmatched by his intuitive ability to guide us through what dishes matched our preferences. He truly was next-level good and based on the manager coming by to personally check on our experience, Id say Sharp's keeps only the best on staff.
Finally, the cocktails were all original recipes with unique twists and stellar presentations. As a former bartender, and current work traveler who visits ~25 cities a year across the US, I can vouch that Sharp's cocktail menu ranks in my top 10 ever, possibly my top 5 after I visit them a few more times and make my way through their list - something im excited to do 😎
So thank you Sharp's for being my new favorite go to in the Seattle area as well as Jared and the rest of the staff for providing a genuinely pristine dining experience. 10/10 would recommend!
