I don't know other ratings, the place may changed the cook. The cook I had with is a silver/white hair (with tail) man. There were not many people at the time, ordered and waited around 10mim. Ordered the one with mushroom, taste good, same level of shake shack mushroom burger, juicy and not dry at all on the patty. NOTE: just my experience at that time, other low rating must experieced different thing.
I don't know what you all did to get a 1.8, but it feels a bit unfair to me. While passing through on our flight to Pasco, we stopped and grabbed a burger and fries. Both were very nice. The fries had a nice flavor and were crispy (I could always use more crispy but that's just my style). I tried.the Cali burger, which had a Chorizo patty and it was delicious. It is totally worth trying.

I had the loaded fries and a burger which was delicious and not overcooked which is rare for the USA. A bit on the noisier side as the ceiling reflects sound but that’s not bad you can still have phone calls or chat quietly with each other. Nice relaxing open space for groups with large windows.
