8 Ping Yang is a Thai fusion restaurant with a wide variety of dishes. The chef is trained in Italian and French cuisine. The menu includes items like Braised Beef Khao Soi, Kurobuta Pork Belly Pasta, charcoal grilled Sea Bass, Wild Mushroom Coconut Risotto, congee, and Beef fried rice. The happy hour menu is a keeper and there are many vegetarian dishes. The flavors are intense and the dishes are delicious and cooked perfectly. The restaurant has excellent customer service and a nice update with cute koi and plant decoration and comfy chairs. It is an amazing gem and a great place for brunch or dessert, including Pana Cotta and Green Tea Tiramisu.
